Pourlavictiore.com offers free GROUND shipping on all orders.  Free shipping does not apply to Next Day or 2^nd Day shipping options. For more information on shipping please check out the rest of our Shipping Policy.

Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. Pourlavictoire.com may contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.

• Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1:00 PM EST will begin processing that day and will ship within 2 business days.
• Orders placed Monday-Friday after 1:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 3 business days.
• Orders placed on Friday after 1:00PM EST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
• Pourlavictoire.com does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or federal holidays. 

Please note your order may arrive via separate shipments.

Pourlavictoire.com orders can only be shipped to addresses within the United States. We are unable to ship orders to international addresses, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.

For your protection, any order totaling $1,500.00 or more requires a signature at the time of delivery.

If you refuse delivery of any order placed on Pourlavictoire.com, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable. 

All orders are subject to delay if further research is needed to verify a customers billing or shipping information. This is done for the protection of our customers to prevent fraudulent activity. 

Pourlavictoire.com offers the following types of shipping:

• Standard Ground
• 2^nd Day
• Next Day Air

Approximate delivery times:

Standard Ground – Standard shipping is valid only to the orders first “ship-to” address anywhere in the U.S. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1:00 PM EST (excluding holidays), following credit card authorization and verification of information you will receive your order within approximately 3 to 5 business days.

2^nd Day – Orders placed with 2^nd Day shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 1:00pm EST will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Orders placed with 2^nd Day shipping Monday through Friday after 1:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days. 2^nd Day shipping to Rural Routes and remote locations typically arrives within 3 to 4 business days.

Next Day Air – Orders placed with Next Day shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 1:00 PM EST will arrive within 1 business day, pending credit card authorization and verification

Orders placed with Next Day shipping Monday through Friday after 1:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 2 business days. Next Day Shipping to Rural Routes and remote locations typically arrives within 2 to 3 business days.
