We will gladly accept returns for unworn non-clearance merchandise with the packing slip and original packaging within 30 days of your order date. All handbags and accessories must have original tags attached. Email info@plvstudio.com with your customer order number and/or shipping ID to arrange to receive a return-shipping label. Pour La Victiore will email you the shipping label in 1-3 business days. Once you receive the email, please print your return shipping label. Take the merchandise in its original packaging and the packing slip from the shipping carton and ship it back to our shipping department at:

Once your return is checked in at the warehouse, we will email you to let you know it has been received. It generally takes a few days to process a return. We then issue the credit on the next business day. From this time, it may take up to 3 business days to show up on your credit card account.

PLV Studio, Inc. merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer. 

PLEASE NOTE: CLEARANCE ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. ALL CLEARANCE PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALES.

If you feel the shoes are defective and were purchased from this website, please contact us by emailing info@plvstudio.com. Pour La Victoire guarantees against manufacturer's defects within 60 days of purchase. Regular wear and tear does not qualify.

Exchanges

We do not permit exchanges. Instead, we ask that you return the shoe you are not keeping and place an order for the replacement item. You must have a return authorization label for any returned items. Please contact customer service at info@plvstudio.com to get return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
